Gizmo not connecting

I've been using Gizmo for ages with no issues but now it will not connect to the server.
I've uninstalled and re-installed Gizmo a few times, rebooted my Android phone and JRiver (MC22) and the 'puter I use as a server, but after entering my access key- and after 10 tries at connecting I get "There was a problem connecting to the server. Please double-check that you have entered the correct key (I have), and that the server and your connection are working."
 ?
Must be- I hope- something simple....

If it just suddenly stopped working, it's likely to one of these:
OS update
Network change or malfunction
Security software change

Do you remember anything changing?

Jim, Windows 10 may have updated. JRiver had an update.
No network change or malfunction.
No security or antivirus (Eset Nod32) change.
Just tried Webgizmo just to check that the address my phone won't connect to is ok. Works fine.
Baffled.

But Webgizmo does not work on my phone -site unreachable.

Anybody able to help?  This has me baffled. I can use the Internet just fine on my phone, like now, but, since a couple of days ago, cannot connect to Webgizmo or use Gizmo. 
Cannot see that any phone settings are out of whack and my internet history syncs with my laptop.
I have gone into my phone settings and downloaded mms and Internet settings, if that could possibly make any difference.

Does your router have a "guest network"? If so, are your phones perhaps connecting to your guest network? You won't be able to see other devices on your network in that case.

Reboot your router, then your Media Center computer, then your phone.

Yay! Thanks so much.
Oops! Spoke a little soon.
Gizmo is open but not behaving (error communicating with server) .
