What if you turn off visualizations and the spectrum analyzer?

I should have explained it better. The random crashes (at most once or twice a night ) are in Theatre View Playing Now which shows cover art first, then artist pictures. If I have the info shown on the left of the screen it doesn't crash. I am not using visualizations or spectrum analyzer just the cover art. Also I have removed Norton 360 and am using Windows Defender.

Theater View uses 3D drawing.  The video driver could be having trouble with it.
