Correct - v23 can load v22 library. Loaded up fine once I moved the pop-up.
Now if I could only get sound out. Playing with a 4GB Rock64 board and an upgraded stock Debian LXDE load. I'm certain it doesn't have the required sound packages loaded. I'll probably try a different load but then I have to figure out how to get the desktop and display manager loaded as the image is a Debian Stretch minimal or Debian Jessie minimal. I'm not a linux guru (actually not a guru of anything for that matter!). I'll play some. Media Center's awesome by the way. Thanks for all your work.

Been there since the start. It's a timer issue. Will get it sooner or later but it's not a big deal since as you say you can just move the underlying window.

Gave up on the LXDE Rock64 image for a while. The sound packages aren't working yet. The Pine64 folks are working on it, maybe see a new build in a week or so. I've struggled with the Arm64 vs. Armhf for a week now. Learned a lot and read a lot on the Pine forum and the JRiver forum. Bottom line is that I'd like to go with a Debian Stretch image for the Rock64 but that means I'll need to attempt the "multiarch" set up so I can run the 32bit high float (learned that's the HF finally) armhf version of MediaCenter 23 on the 64 bit Debian Stretch minimal base OS. I'm still playing but am getting closer. Got MediaCenter 23 armhf "latest" version loaded on it with no dependency issues shown in aptitude (yeah!) but then I borked it somehow. Oh well, had to start over anyway because I didn't document what I did to get the multiarch set up. I'm now ready to image the SD card (hopefully so if I brick it again I can get back to where I am now and not have to load apps, desktop, etc.) and then attempt the multiarch/install of MediaCenter23 again.
The info referenced in a Pine64 thread about multiarch was definitely helpful - got me started in the right direction. Thanks for that info! The window dragging isn't a big deal, only have to do it once and then I'm connected to the library on another PC.

Thought I'd completed the multiarch steps correctly, didn't get any errors when installing mediacenter23 armhf latest version (.52) but now I get a "Segmentation Fault" when I run sudo mediacenter23 from the terminal. If I run it from the desktop I don't get any MediaCenter window to come up.
Here's some lines from the kern.log. Not sure if anyone has any recommendations. I'm guessing that I need to start over but figured I'd give the group a go at maybe some suggestions I could try. If there are other logs that would be helpful please let me know. Thanks.

You shouldn't be running it with sudo.
You should check to see if all of the libraries are found...
