Hi folks
First post, and first trouble using jriver and wdm

My setup is win10, jriver used as a convolver and RME fireface UFX feeding a 4 way active system
Uptill now everything have been perfect, and I have been able to play my own files through jriver as well as listening to Tidal and spotify using WDM

But suddenly, tidal would no longer play. I push play button and it the wait icon just spins. Tried Spotify, and same there except I got a message that the song is unavailable no matter what song I choose.

Network is great, I tried wireless and wired. JRiver is chosen in sound setting, and all drivers and apps are up to date. Even tried to reinstall both spotify and Tidal with no luck

There must be a conflict somewhere, but what causing it is a mystery. The pc is strictly media, and the only programs installed is REW, JRiver, and drivers for the soundcard.

Any tips?

It sounds like there is an exclusive access conflict of the audio device between MC and Tidal.

Tidal has had versions that don't work and some that do.  You could ask them which one works.

I tried turning off exclusive mode in Tidal and also in the sound setting but no luck. Any other exclusive settings I should look at?

The strangest thing is that I did not change anything (as I can recall) , and it suddenly happened both with spotify AND tidal

Its the strangest thing, since even when disabling wdm, spotify and Tidal will not play...
But of all things, videos in Tidal plays, but without sound
whats going on...
Both tidal and spotify works on all other devices in the house.
