This is an issue I had with both 32 & 64 bit builds. In the tag window, there's like a 2 inch gap on the left before the tags show up. Auto Size Width in Option/Tree & View/Tree is suppose to center the tags to fit the window, only it doesn't. It'll make the Action Window a little wider, but half the tag info is still missing. The only way I've found to see the all the tag info is to drag the right hand side of the window to the right til the window covers close to half the screen which is totally unacceptable.

Is there any way to have the tags start on the left hand side of the window so all the info is shown without having to stretch the Action Windows?

Just did a search of Action Window and found my answer, close tag window and hit Shift key and click Tag. Now there's the tag window I remembered. Looks like I need to use that search feature first before opening a thread. ~lightbulb~

the old tag window won't be around much longer...

the new tag window has recently had a lot of changes, you can right/left justify the text and resize the divider.  try the latest version

How do you right/left "justify" the text? Moving the divider so the Action Window fills half the monitor is the only way I know to show the tags. If you know a way to move the text to the left so it fit the Action windows, please share. Thanks.

Next version (.78) will allow you to left justify the tag names. Right click on a tag and select left justify.

Oh, sorry I misunderstood the question. My apologies. It's the most recent update, 23.0.78. My Media Center is set up to announce the most recent available version which I promptly upload.

The 64 bit build always had the mispositioned tags from the moment I downloaded it. The 32 build was ok early on but now has developed the same issue.

Which skin are you using?

Look under "View > Skin > "
Which one is ticked?

Does it help if you change skins?

Doesn't matter the skin you choose. It behave the same. And these gap start from the last few version on MC.
Here is an example. The skin is Modern Card

Unless I'm not seeing things and misunderstanding the issue, it looks like text is centered? AFAIK, that's as intended?

May be centered but from the last versions the gap grows so now that gap is quite big.

If I'm understanding correctly, you drag the splitter to the right in order to see the tag values... yes?

I'm also sure a recent change allows us to now drag the divider between the tag labels and the tag values...
Looking at your screenshot, I would have thought you should be able to drag the splitter between the labels and the values to the left a little, so reducing the space on the left, and increasing the space available for the tag values...

Could you try that?

Looking at your screenshot, I would have thought you should be able to drag the splitter between the labels and the values to the left a little, so reducing the space on the left, and increasing the space available for the tag values...

Damn, never realized there was a splitter line between the tags as there's no visual divider line there. But once I dragged the cursor over them, sure enough there it was.

In a future build you'll also be able to left-justify the field names, if thats what you prefer.
