Problem Connecting with DAC
« on: November 22, 2017, 12:19:47 pm »

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask question, but not sure where else to go.  I have version JRiver media center ver. 22 on my PC-Music system.  I am unable to get 22 to connect to my DAC; my DAC is a Benchmark Labs DAC1.  I am able to hear a CD's through the DVD drive and other audio such as associated with games; but nothing when using the 22 to play my FLAC files.  I can tell the 22 is playing a track yet nothing reaches the DAC.  So I assume it is a setting on the setup in the 22.  Can anyone tell me where to start looking.

If all else fails can I just re-install the program?  If so what is involved?

Please try this topic on our wiki:

There is no harm in re-installing.

Have you loaded the correct driver for the DAC?
