Cannot import VIDEO?TS and iso
« on: November 25, 2017, 03:35:46 am »

As per subject: I am sticky to the directions here https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Import#Methods_for_Importing_Files
resulting in 0 files imported for both is and VIDEO_TS
any hint?
Right clicking the file I also cannot see the Media Center menu so I am drag-and-drppin the file in the media center window
I am a W10 user

thanks much

One possibility is that they were already imported.  Try a search inside MC.

Yes it is! It has been imported automatically but it was not tagged properly so my search failed
A humble suggestion: display a log or message box saying: the file has already been imported
thanks much

I am experiencing problems when playing this video TS file: JRiver hangs for a while, then it starts and when playing there are pauses with audio and video. I am using an i5 processor, supposedly I'd have enough horsepower ... Is VIDEO_TS processing so intensive? It is a 480p DVD ...
