Are you using any antivirus/antimalware software? If so, that could be the cause. A TCPIP.sys BSOD sounds like to me it could be related to networking drivers and might not actually be caused by MC.

i seen that this problem is also on MACOS

BSODs don't happen on MacOS, nor does MC for Mac support the WDM driver.

Ok

maybe antivirus, but why 23.0.76 work fine and that 23.0.81 .... 23.0.84 don't work ?

if i use pc without JRiver it don't crash, but if i launch JRiver some minutes after it crash

i think that there is a bug, I will not update my system

Because that's just the way antivirus software works sometimes.

You can probably fix it in your antivirus software.

This is probably not useful to the specific situation described here, and was probably unique to my setup.  JR crashed, causing Win 7 itself to crash and shut the PC completely off - black screen rather than BSOD.  It required a turn on to reboot.  I noticed it was only after watching video for an hour or so.

My thought was a thermal issue due to the added thermal load of my GPU with video.  I opened the PC up.  Sure enough, a dust filter under the power supply fan was completely clogged.  I vacuumed it out, and all has been well since.  Fortunately, there was no damage.  I now have it on my calendar to vacuum it out every few months.
