Can't import HDtracks 24/96 files from NAS
« on: December 28, 2017, 02:36:32 pm »

I downloaded my first HDtracks 96/24 album last night. It is visible in my NAS in the correct location by composer's name. It didn't auto-import by this morning so I tried manually importing first its folder and then did a full import. The files won't get imported although I have imported 96/24 files successfully from other sources. What settings should I look at in MC21 and please tell me exactly how to get to them.

Problem solved. My apologies to all. While the folder was imported to my NAS, it was actually empty of music files. I had to turn off Bitdefender anti-virus and then the files downloaded. I was then able to move them to the NAS. JRiver was then able to import them.
