Analyze Audio - will it change the file?

Hello,

I'm wondering if the Analyze Audio tool will change the file or is it just changed in JRiver? I want it to be changed permanently so all my songs are an equal volume on my DAP too if it dosen't do that.

It can write R128 and ReplayGain tags to the files, but will not make destructive changes to them like baking in a custom volume level.
Ideally your DAP would support ReplayGain playback but if not, you will have to convert files with Volume Leveling enabled after analysis has run.
I highly recommend that you create new files rather than replacing your originals when doing so.
