Radio over Satellite
« on: March 07, 2018, 01:51:47 pm »

Is there a possibility to separate or categorize (and listen to) the radio channels that are found in the "TV channels" scan?

You can add keyword "Radio" to each of the radio channels and then setup a Theater view for them.

Also: Radio channels stay on "Waiting for signal lock" then it says "no signal". TV channels seem to work fine. Anything I can check on my side? Please see the attached log.

When there is no video, the situation is not handled well.  That is why it does not work.  I will need to add some more code to handle this situation.

Thanks.

Sorry, I forgot that Manage Channels tool does not expose Keyword field.  You can still do it though.  You need to create a "TV Channels" Smartlist.

Use this rule: "Media Type" is "TV"

and this modification: "Limit database to" "Main".

You can then edit Keyword field on the list the same way as you do any tagging.
