jrv 64 b , USB UIRT

 :-[ hello I
bought JRiver Media Center 24, I use in 64B, I can not connect USBUIRT, I have a message "booting to fail" .I have this message since JRV23 64B, While its works perfectly in 32 b :'(

You may need a 64 bit driver for it.

I have already uninstalled the driver several times and reinstalled. there is only one driver 32 and 64B. how to know which one is installed? Do you have a simple 64B driver?  ;D

The manufacturer is the one to provide a driver.
