Hi - I'm getting the following error in NTDLL.DLL, which is causing JRiver to crash. I don't have BitDefender so I'm wondering if this might be a new issue.
Looking at the logs it seems to be happening immediately following a TV EPG update - it's happened at the same time two nights in a row and I've just confirmed that manually loading the EPG causes the same crash.
I'm using AVAST and I've just gone through the various Avast settings that might be relevant (file shield, behaviour shield etc) and added the JRiver application folder(s) as exclusions. That didn't prevent the crash, but I may have missed something.
Happy to send a log of course if that would help.
