License has Expired
« on: July 05, 2018, 11:07:06 am »

I have just bought and installed v24 (I had v18 and it told me the license had expired) and applied the master mjr but it still tells me my license has expired.  What do I need to do to fix this

Once installed, I tried the MJR file and I also tried putting the registration license directly.  Is there something I have to do with the registry.  I am on Windows 7

I did a copy and paste of the registration code and I have read the instructions given and tried an install key (mjr) that was 15 minutes old.  My system date is correct.  Please can you check my account and verify that my registration code is valid.  If you have email I could send you the registration key for you to try out

Try uninstalling MC18.  You're probably running it when you restore.  MC24 must be installed and running.

Your license is a Master License for MC24.

Double check your system date.
