Help, what to upgrade first?

I am planning to upgrade from JRiver21 to 24, but just upgraded my LG computer to Windows 10, and it requires an update on JRiver21 from Windows7pro to Windows 10.  We have a universal license and use an ipad for JRemote. 

Will there be any difference in complexity or problems, if I first upgrade my other computers to jRiver24, and then on this computer try to upgrade both to JRiver24 and Windows10 JRiver at the same time? I have an older Dell laptop that is my music server, a Window surface3pro laptop, and an ipad.
