Would it be possible to layout a theater view page something like this?   With no large thumbnail image reflection and NO file thumbnails in the list.

Even if possible, probably getting way too over zealous as I'm having a hard enough time just figuring out the basics.  But, aim high right?  lol

Thoughts/ guidance anyone?

Looking thru JRiver folder the only file I could tell that might have anything to do with accomplishing changing the view to like above mockup is "theater view file info templates.xml" in Media Center 24/Data/Default Resources.  But, doesn't look like that is where placement on screen is defined.  But, could I use it as a reference for naming and making changes in a skins main.xml file?

Can anyone give me a clue/hint how I could accomplish this, or if it's even possible to do in JR?

And, how about maybe putting watched/unwatched icon where the small thumbs used to be?  Something like this.

Well, guess I see why there aren't many skins for MC.  Seems no one who knows is willing to help those of us who don't.  I'd really like to contribute to the MC community with hopefully skin here and there.  But coding is different than what it was back when I was making skins for other applications years ago.

You can change some things in the settings for Theater View under MC Options.  Probably not everything you want.

Unless I'm missing something, it doesn't look like any of the options in settings relate to rearranging theater view to be layed out like in my mockup pic.  Only things I can see from options are changing font and what tag info is shown.  I'm mainly concerned with just if the general layout is possible, not the content.  And if possible to remove thumbnail and replace with a watched/unwatched icon.  Or at least just remove thumbnail.  It's so small, just seems like a waste of space to me.  lol

Yeah, that guide has helped me a little.  Unfortunately, it seems to be outdated and doesn't provide much detail or clarification on MANY key things.  It raises about as many new questions for me as it answers, lol.
