Whoever you are, I'm sorry that you don't have a more meaningful life.
Why did you
attack our servers? Was it for fun? Or for money?
My guess is that you live in a part of the world where the economy doesn't work very well. You found work that isn't very nice but at least you can get some money.
I want you to understand what you did means to the people you attack.
We were out of business for a week. We lost the respect of our customers, something we had worked hard to earn. We no longer have their trust. We are ashamed. You found a vulnerability and exploited it.
Trust is a big part of how our economy works and it's why it works better than most. We know we can probably rely on what someone says and we know that they are probably not going to steal from us.
You may think it's ok to take things that don't belong to you. We don't. We like to build things that have lasting value. We like to work with other people who share this goal.
I hope your life eventually has this kind of meaning and this sense of purpose. Start by just trying to be better. Build things, not tear things down.
Do something that you're proud of. It's a great feeling.
