New build is stopping after every track ("stop after each item" is NOT selected in the repeat menu).

It never did this before with MC24. I've had to go back to MC23 for now.

Is there another setting I need to adjust in the new version?

How are you starting playback?

Sorry, I should have specified this only happens when pushing tracks via DLNA to my Oppo 205. It happens both when I start playback in the application, or on the remote app. It does not happen when playing locally.

Try toggling the setting called SetNextAVTransport.

It's under the Oppo zone right click DLNA controller options.

If you still see the behavior after toggling that, there are some debugging steps that would be useful for diagnosing it.

Do you have more than one DLNA server configured in MC?
What are the file types in your playlist?

It looks like I have two DLNA servers with identical settings. One is "Generic DLNA", the other is "Audiophile 24-bit DAC".

All of my files are Apple Lossless.

If you have two servers, the one that your device is using is determined by the "Associate with DLNA server" setting (right-click on the renderer zone). If neither is selected, it uses the first in the list.

If you aren't supporting 2 or more different DLNA renderers with different requirements, you don't need two servers. You should delete one and if you think the Onkyo can play the ALAC files natively you can change the Audio format in that server to "Original". That will result in the best performance for your situation.

Thanks Bob. I deleted the "Generic" server, but it still stops after every track. Again, this doesn't happen with MC23 (or with previous builds of MC24).

I've just discovered if you play the whole track, it will advance to the next. The problem is if you just play the end of a track, it will not advance to the next one and playback will stop. I'm guessing this has to do with not having ample time to buffer the next track. Is this correct?

Yes.
The minimum time needed to calculate end of track is 5 seconds. In the last 5 seconds there are lots of communications going on between MC and the renderer for track transition.
It's even a bit more if you are using compressed material (VBR mp3 for exmaple) since the real end and calculated end can be a few seconds different.
