Encoding plug-ins don't load
« on: December 09, 2018, 11:06:59 am »

Encoding problem: When I go to 'Options > Encoding', MC gives an error message saying, "There was a problem loading the selected encoder" (with MP3 selected), and when clicking on 'Encoder Settings' afterwards, another error appears saying, "The current encoder is not configurable"... (This happens both in 'CD Ripping' and 'File Conversion', with any encoder I select...)

Any ideas what may be wrong? Thank you...

Antivirus.

Try re-installing and rebooting.

Just re-installed the .65 copy linked on top, and it works again! Funny, Windows (10) Defender did not me give any message of components being disabled...
