Hi,

I have just purchased the upgrade to MC 25 so that I can give the Doctor Who feature a try, but Doctor Who will not let me log in. So I tried a password reset (twice now)... it lets me change my password and then tells me that I must sign in. When I use my email address and new password, I am still told that I have entered Invalid username or password.

I have tried logging in outside of MC 25 using both Chrome and Internet Explorer, to no avail.

I tried clicking the Didn't receive confirmation instructions? and Didn't receive unlock instructions? links, but both informed me that my email address is confirmed and my email address is unlocked.

Not sure where else I can go from here... does anybody have any ideas?

Did you try using your forum user name?  You'll still need to register.

Sorry for the problem.  It's probably our fault.  We'll check tomorrow.

Thanks for the response. I tried to log in using my forum user name, but it wouldn't accept it. I tried to re-register using my forum user name and my email address, but it tells me that the email address is already in use (which is correct, as it is already registered)

If it turns out to be my fault... please accept my apologies. It would be great if you could check tomorrow though and see what is going on. The email address I use on this forum is the same email address I have in Doctor Who.

Same here.

Had to create an account with a different email address.

Going through the "forgot my password" process seemed to work but nothing changed in the end.

Also, TLS/SSL is disabled and forces to use clear HTTP
