In my local music folder on the server PC, as per the picture I posted, there is a folder:
"C:\Users\HomeMediaCenter\Music\JRiver Conversion Cache\" with multiple artist/album folders within.
I didn't create this folder, so I am assuming there is a setting somewhere that does? The folder name says "cache" so that's why I called them "the cache files". They were .wav or .jpg files
My second picture shows where the system is to look for files. The above-named directory isn't included.
So how did files get indexed from a folder I didn't specifically create and I didn't tell it to index?
I went ahead and used JRiver (Audio - Files) to locate all the music files indexed (30+ files) in that folder and deleted them all (from the index and hard drive). We'll see if they come back.
