Upgrade?

Since I found no email contact adress I write herein:
I tried to retry my license via the page: https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displayemail=1
But this results in a more or less blank screen. And i do not receive an email.
So how to get further now?
I need an email contact to clarify this topic.
Please help.
