if you have the tagging window open (and active) and then click onto the files themselves, you can no longer navigate the files (i.e. with arrow keys) as the tagging window steals focus

i like the new functionality where pgup / pgdn move to the next block but having to esc-exit one window to work in another is clunky.  any way to allow focus if a file in another window is selected?
