Sometime soon, we will be removing all older style playlists from Cloudplay.  The old ones had no media included. 

We would appreciate it if you can update your old playlists to the new style.

All you need to do is re-upload any of your playlists.  This will include the media as well as the playlist.

Make sure you have the most recent build of JRiver Media Center 25 installed.

If you're not sure whether yours are newer style playlists (approximately the last three months), just try playing them from your Cloudplay page.
