Hi, I've had many black screen or crashes recently while playing video files. It is either when i launch a file or when i stop playback. When it happens the screen just stays black and nothing happens (if it's at launch i have audio for about 10 secondes). Pressing stop doesn't bring thearterview back, I have to kill mediacenter process.
As it is video related I have updated my video drivers to the latest available for my video card (nvidia 391.35) but the problem is still there.
I have never experienced anything like that before, version 19 was rock solid. I use red october HQ. I am pretty sure the problem has something to do with madvr, is there any way to get some logs from it ?
