Spaces are replaced by "*20" in directory and file names
« on: August 18, 2019, 05:13:16 pm »

Hello

When I browse the files by directories, evey blank space are replaced by "*20" both in directory and file names

"Aaron Copland" for example looks like "Aaron*20Copland"

This make the whole collection unbrowsable by directories. It's a mess...

I connect to MinimServer on my Synology NAS via the latest MC25 on Mac OS Mojave.

Could you please let me know how I could get rid of this?

Thanks

If you're using a NAS, don't use DLNA.  Just import the files from the NAS.

Hello and thank you for your answer.

I would like to use the features that MinimServer provides regarding advanced tag sorting.
I guess the solution is : connect to MinimServer for advanced search regarding tags, and connect to the NAS directly for folder browsing.

Thank you
