Today, we purchased JRemote for £9.99 from the Appstore on my partners iPhone 8 Plus, only to discover that video playback is not working at all.
I now really wish that we had read
this thread first however, we naturally trusted JRiver to deliver a working product.
As there is no indicative timescale to fix the issue, how does one go about receiving a refund? Do we need to request this via Apple?
