Chashing on Import [solved]

I purchased a 13" 2012 MacBook Pro to use as dedicated music playing station instead of my more recent Macbook Pro.

Installing JRiver on this additional machine I also bought the #26.

It repeatedly crashed on importing music from one and the same folder.  I saved the log twice but it's not clear where to send it.

I copied #25 from the other laptop, registered and that version imports without problem.

Hopefully future versions of #26 will also work without issue...

Thank you for your advice! I was not aware of a newer version -- the 'update' menu did not show it so I assumed I was already at the cutting edge.

The new build also crashed when I tried to import all of the disk filled with lots of music but then I tried importing just one folder at a time (alphabetically ordered, all album titles beginning with A in one folder, etc).

Two folders caused a crash but on re-start and re-try they imported fine and now everything is in order and playing well.
