Rollback to Earlier version and a support Q
« on: May 15, 2020, 03:46:56 pm »

Hello,

I posted an issue  here https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,124522.msg862085.html#msg862085.
It is looking likely that upgrading from MC20 to MC26 has introduced this problem.

1) How can I revert to an earlier version of MC  (I had 20) to test this out?
2) how can I report a bug?

Thank you

Unlike some software every Version/Generation of MC uses it's own discreet folder structure which means that you can install MC20 on the same PC as MC26. If you don't have the install files for MC20 the last release for that version is probably available in the Previous Versions Threads.

If as you suspect MC26 does have a bug/error in it then the best place to report/discuss that bug/error will be your existing MC26 thread. After having trawled through all the "What's New in MC??" threads to discover if there are any applicable changes/alterations that were applied to an intermediate version.

This is not likely to be a bug.
