mj is junk

This product is junk. It won't let other users in WinXP access it and it refuses to import properly. I used to have an older version which I loved, so after a hard drive crash and replacement I naturally downloaded the latest version. I was so confident I even paid the 25 bucks without trying it out. Big mistake. I hope I can get my credit card to cancel the charge.

You have to install it under each user if you have XP set-up that way.

mine works fine

they do have computer classes you can take some are on video now days and they let you know how to operate your computer.
