Has anyone noticed MC seems to get confused about how to display the names of streams as entries in a playlist?

(I'm using the latest build, MC 9.0.155)

When I play a stream, the icon in the list entry chnages from a musical note to a green arrow, and the channel name is replaced with the song/clip name. OK fine... But when I select and play something else, the stream's name in the playlist does not revert to the channel name. So I end up with playlists containing song names and not channels.  There is no obvious way to restore the original names. :(
