Hi,
I need to transfer the work done from a laptop to a desktop.
My work consists of:
a custom library view with panes, columns, some expressions...and some thousands of audio tracks.
In other words I would like to transfer, in addition to the audio tracks, the whole created structure of my library.
Is it possible? Is it difficult? Can you show me how to do it? In case I decide to switch to version 27, could I do the transfer anyway?

The wiki has a topic called Moving Files.

To move the library, which does not contain the actual media files,  you can simply create a backup and move that to the new desktop and restore that backup from within MC. You will have to have the media files in the same locations as on the laptop or use the Rename, Move & Copy tool to point to the new locations.  See the detailed description at the end of the Moving Files Wiki entry.

The library backup has all the custom views and panes and pointers to the actual media files.   The actual media files (mp3, flac, wav, etc.)  are not part of the library.  So, you also need to move the media files to the new system, unless they are shared on a network.
