Scaling Issue
rec head:
Are the TV/monitors hooked up to the PC or an AVR? Many AVRs will use the EDID info for the least capable device. I don't know how it works with both connected directly to the PC.
JimH:
Did you try removing any settings changes you've made?

I've heard many reports about scaling issues with MadVR when using Windows10 scaling and multiple monitors. I've never heard a solution.
You should try:
1. Using the zoom function in MC to see if you can restore it to full size
2. Check your MadVR display settings
3. Using Red October Standard instead of Red October High Quality in MC
4. Ask the question on the Doom9 forums for MadVR; the author (madshi) might be able so shed some light on it.

Another thing to try is to set your TV as primary display and your 1440p monitor as secondary display

The issue is with JRiver itself, I think as the interface is blurry/pixelated if opened on the main monitor.
