Upgrade to Master Licence

I want to upgrade from a Windows Licence to a Master Licence.
On the purchase page, https://www.jriver.com/purchase.html it says

If you previously purchased MC for Mac or Windows, and it is installed and licensed, you will see a reduced price when you purchase a Master License.
So I click on Purchase for a master licence, enter my email address and press tab, but the price still shows as $79.98.
How do I see the upgrade price without filling the other details in, including my card details, and clicking Continue?
