What was the reasoning for changing the EQ frequencies? If I update, will I lose my current saved EQ settings, or will they shift to the new frequencies?

You might want to post or look in the windows forum about that, I wasn't involved in that decision.

Bug during playback of video files. The volume is set to system volume, which is set to the macbook speakers, but when I start playback it jumps to my airpods max instead and I cannot change it over in the system preferences. Sometimes, though, it just works and starts playing through the system speakers as indicated, but then the system volume controls don't work / get out of sync with the jriver volume control so I can only change volume within the app itself, not from the OS or using the keyboard keys.
