I have been using JRiver on a PC since 2019 streaming Tidal to JRriver through the WDM Driver.

I would like to use JRiver on a new iMac the same way:
- But are there any ways to stream Tidal through JRiver on a Mac?

My setup using the PC: I use Tidal to access music in Master quality. I use JRiver Convolution to use filters made by Acourate Pro. I use Acourate Pro to make 6-way crossovers and room correction filters. I use Lynx Hilo DAC to play 6 channels to my loudspeakers (Martin Logan Monolith IIIX + subwoofer).

The WDM driver is Windows only.

I am aware that the WDM Driver is for Windows only.
What I am looking for is an alternative way to do this on a Mac - if possible at all.

Unfortunately, there isn't WDM driver-like solution for Mac. The *only* way I could think of is maybe if Macs still supported Boot Camp and Windows could be dual booted alongside macOS, but with Apple Silicon Macs that's gone away.

Another alternative would be using virtualization like Parallels, but the downside is you'd a) have to install Windows in a virtual machine and b) install and use Media Center along with the Tidal app through the Windows virtual machine which could potentially create its own issues doing it, so not really the ideal solution either.

Ehhh, looks like one of those random "articles" that appear when doing Google searches. You see these kind of "articles" which are basically ads for apps you've never heard of all the time when searching for things like DVD ripping, ripping audio from sites like Amazon and Spotify, audio and video conversions, etc. I wouldn't be surprised these are generated using AI or bots of some sort. Anyways, one of the solutions just looks like a general Tidal music downloader that has nothing to do with MC at all. Seems annoying to resort to ripping music from Tidal, which is not technically legal to do either. So that one's likely not worth the trouble (or purchase as those apps usually aren't free plus you're basically just pirating the music at that point ripping it from Tidal/Qobuz). The other solutions listed are the WDM driver (which is known and Windows only) and using DLNA via apps like BubbleUPnP.

There's only one way to play Tidal/Qobuz through MC and that's using the WDM driver and the Tidal/Qobuz apps on Windows. On Mac and Linux you're pretty much stuck using the Tidal/Qobuz apps directly as there's no WDM driver outside of Windows and of course no integration of Tidal/Qobuz in MC itself.
