Alright.  Everything works fine when I am on my internal network using the Access Key.

Can not access the server from outside my network (using cell-phone off wifi to test).

Port Forwarding on Asus Router seems fine (52199 to IP 192.168.0.55).
I have turned off the Firewall in the router with no effect.
I have turned off the Firewall in Windows with no effect.
I have turned off the Firewall in Bit-Defender with no effect.

What am I missing???

Did and checked everything on it.  Seems I am all set, but it is not working.  Wondering if there is something obvious I missed.

you have the right WAN interface on your port forward rule?

Does your ISP double NAT? That can be problematic.

Comcast/Xfinity.  This was working a while ago.  Don't know if Comcast changed anything, but I doubt it.

I also only use their modem in Bridge mode to my Router - so everything is turned off.

Just checked.  Those ********s took me out of Bridge Mode AGAIN!!!

All is working now!
