But both license showing invalid now and none of them is working and i bought with same email address i used here.

Already tried, but not working, both license showing invalid and both are master license. Plus one is around 5 months old and another is near a month old.
Both license shows invalid in program and I tried to valid my mail here :

but not working and i tried to forget password not working as well as it shows no registered email found,
However, I have mail i got from JRiver after I purchase license.

Yup, nope i am using 28.0.106 but will try old versions now but it's so weird like even when i want to restore my password or change email, it says no registration info with that email address. But i checked my mail box again and there are two purchases mail from jriver media and mail address is correct as well.

I've checked for a license with the email you used for your forum registration and I can't find one.  You could send your details to me so I can check further.
