Can't connect remotely with cloudfar 1.1.1.1 Warp

I am using Cloudware Warp on my home server. It is like a VPN but I don't believe it hides your IP. Is anyone else using this? The only app that is giving problems connecting remotely after turning it on is JRiver.

With a remote PC connecting to JRiver with warp on fails. When I turn it off (on the server) I can connect fine. I have a port forwarded on my home router. Any ideas on how to get it to work?
