A Payment Error, Please HELP!

Hello there,
     I bought a product licence for windows, but for some unknown reason I paid twice for only one click (and two registration codes were generated at the same time)! I didn't find it immediately and have used one of them. Can I get a refund for the one that hasn't been used?
    Here are the two confirmation emails.
   
    Please help for it, thanks!
