MC30 won't install

A user reported a problem when using a browser from ccleaner.  It seemed to rename the download exe so it wasn't executable.  The file should have an exe extension.

Switching to Chrome worked.

CCleaner makes a browser? :o Considering how bad CCleaner (and their parent company Piriform, which was acquired by Avast in 2017 which itself got acquired by Norton recently) has gotten in the last few years anything released by them would be something to avoid like the plague.
