I'm using JRiver on a M1 Mac Mini.
When I play DSF-WV albums, JRiver plays about 50 seconds of each track, and then jumps to the next one.
It happens only with this file format. The tracks of all the other formats play fine, until the end.

This issue existed already with version 29.
A friend who uses JRiver v29 on a PC told me that he has the same issue.

Is there something that I can do about it?

Where did you get the files?  We could take a look if we had a sample.

These are DSF files that were ripped from SACDs, and then compressed with WavPack to DSF-WV.

But I just noticed that if I output the sound to the loudspeaker of the Mac, the tracks are played in their full length.
If I stream these tacks to GentooPlayer with UPNP, JRiver plays a fraction of each track.

For instance, as you can see in the screenshot, the duration of this track is of 1'44", but JRiver plays only 13" of it.

If you're playing to a UPnP Renderer, it is the renderer that performs the playback.

Do you think that the issue is related to the settings of the renderer?
The same renderer plays the tracks of all the other formats in their full duration with JRiver.

Found the issue.
It's with the content-type MC sends when the file is pulled from MC.
It will be fixed in the next build.

I downloaded the Build 30.0.25, and the issue is still there.

It definitely works now with MC as a UPnP/DNLA renderer as well as Volumio.
You are using Gentoo it seems. Not sure why this wouldn't work for you, I'll recheck.

Yes, I use Gentooplayer.
I don't know if it matters, but I stream to a GentooPlayer Host that streams to the Target with Diretta protocol, this way:

Mac Mini M1 (JRiver) > UPNP > RBi4 (GentooPlayer, configured as Diretta HOST) > Diretta protocol over Ethernet > Allo USBridge Sig (GentooPlayer, configured as Diretta TARGET)

I'm using 30.0.35
The DSD Wavpacked tracks still don't play to their full length when I stream to GentooPlayer.
When I stream them to the same renderer with Audirvana Origin, it plays them to their full length.
