Missing License

I bought an upgrade license for MC30. I install on one computer. I can't find the email that contained the license number. I have the mjr file. When I enter my email address I get an email from JRiver that contains all my licenses from MC 10 forward. I've called the tech support and have left a couple of messages and no return calls. What should I do?
