Bob says above that your ISP accepted the notification email. That means the problem is between your ISP and your mailbox. From JRiver's PoV, the email is sent and there's nothing more that can be done. It's like putting a letter in the post - if the post office accepts the letter and then it does not get delivered, it's not the fault of the person sending the letter.
The most likely explanation is the emails ending up in your Spam folder - did you check that?
Interestingly, I just received this email...and the plot thickens! ?

I checked SPAM contents and did not find any form of "MEDIA CENTER"; "JRiver"; "YABB"1!
