jriver crash during video playback

hello everbody, hi jim,
unfortunately the playback with a larger file did not work without sudden stop of playback.
perhaps it started with gigabit networking, but i am not sure.
i have currently 3 switches in use (i am using only gigabit speed now) and i think its a network problem, because playback from local files worked. (i will still do somw further testing).
perhaps my 10 year old NAS is really outdated (but it did work fine though ;)

hello to everyone,
i have to reactivate this thread, because unfortunately movie playback again stops randomly. first i thought it was windows 10 problem, but i checked settings on the (new) NAS and network settings on windows 10, and they seem to be fine.
attached are some jriver reports made directly after the crashes, perhaps somebody can help me to find the root of the problem.
