Not able to import
« on: June 29, 2023, 10:27:39 am »

The import functions are not working for me. The only way I could import media was thru drag and drop unto the main window.

You may need to set the file types you want to import.

I did, but when the window opens to select the folder, I select it, but there is no way to press an accept button. If I hit the red button, the original smaller window doesn't have the selected folder listed.  So when I hit finish, nothing is imported.

Try increasing the resolution of the screen.  The button is probably off the screen.

If you are still having trouble, please post a screen shot.  It's difficult to know exactly what you see.  A picture is really worth 1000 words in this case.  :)

Yes, the buttons were beyond the screen size, but I have to set it to more than 3000 for the buttons to show. The monitors only go to 1920x1080, luckily my LG Screen is 4K. So I'm able to do it on that.

Not sure why the app can't sense the screen size and adjust accordingly.

You can resize the dialogs in MC.  Grab any of the 4 corners and drag it to make the window smaller.  You might have to reposition the window one or more times to get it to the size you want.  Move, resize.  Move again, resize again.  You will get it to the proper size.  Then MC will remember that size.  You'll only need to do it once.

Best of luck.

You can also reset to the default screen settings in Media Center Options.
