I am a very long time user: decades long?

I am running Media Center 31.0.43. While playing music it simply vanishes. A likely complication is that the crashing copy of Media Center is also functioning as the server in a Media Network. This is a wide area network. I have two homes connected via VPN. It is common for music to be playing in both homes. This problem has been going on from time to time for the past few years. I am just now getting around to reporting it. So I don't think the crash is a version 31 issue.

I am typically not interacting with the program when it goes away; just playing music. I have no way to know what is going on 250 miles away in the other house when the crash happens.

I have attached the zip containing the relevant info. I took a peek at the log file and it does show the program trapping the crash and creating a dump file. I hope this helps track down the bug.

Ok, it just happened again. Media Center was playing music then went away without any message.

I see that the zip files are too big to upload.  I have uploaded the zip files to a folder on my Microsoft One Drive account. Here is the link that should allow download.

I am still running 31.0.43 (64-bit). Same version for both crashes.

You need to try 31.0.50.  It's on this board.

OK, I just updated to 31.0.50 even though the bug I am reporting does not seem related to any changes implemented in 31.0.50. I am glad to follow your suggested process in hope of getting the crash fixed. I will post any additional crashes that occur. They seem to happen every few days.

This happened to me a couple of times recently, maybe twice in a week. I'm always on the latest build.
