Problems copying many files to an external USB drive

Hello friends, I'm having problems copying a lot of files (6399) to a USB drive (with F6). Instead of the files, I only get all the folders consisting of the file names - attached the messages and settings.

What am I doing wrong?

You can use Handheld Sync for that.
