I have tried multiple times to purchase a windows upgrade to MC32. I have tried multiple credit cards and they all come back as failed transaction.

Just downloaded 31 to try and WOW!!! I am impressed ! Now I see that there is a (Beta) version of 32 that I would like to download and use. will my code work on both versions? How shall I proceed?

A license for MC31 will not work for MC32.  See the first post if you want to upgrade.
