Hi,
For a while a was enjoying JRiver powerful DSP module with Dirac Live room correction in Tidal running on the same computer using JRiver WDM device driver as standard sound device. When I listened to Tidal in JRiver an IPC pipe was opened and digital music was processed by JRiver DSP and result was routed to Denon XM USB Audio Device - a device driver suppled with Denon A110 amplifier.
Recently I've noticed strange Tidal behavior - upon startup it gave error "device not found" and the IPC pipe to JRiver was not opened and music flowed directly to Denon XM USB Audio Device, which is listed as output sound device in Windows 11.
Since the JRiver WDM Driver is an input device allowing redirecting sound from other programs to JRiver I started to look for JRiver device among the Windows sound input devices, but Windows claims that I don't have any sound input devices.
I've reinstalled JRiver version 31.0.84 - 64-bit, unchecked/checked Tools>Option>General>Features>WDM Driver, rebooted computer but still no WDM driver for sound input.
Is this the end of WDM driver on Windows 11 :'(?
